We want you to love your glow, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific skincare products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box if possible, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
